Slammed Door
Fixed opening fee: €99 incl. VAT
A door that has simply slammed shut can often be opened without causing any damage.
Whenever appropriate, we systematically attempt a non-destructive opening using the “slip card” technique. If this is not possible, we will always provide a quotation for the least destructive solution before carrying out any work.
Locked Door
Standard Euro Cylinder
Fixed opening fee: €110 incl. VAT
Opening a standard cylinder is followed by a replacement proposal tailored to your door configuration and your budget.
This fixed fee does not include cylinder replacement. An estimate will always be provided before any work begins.
High-Security Euro Cylinder
Fixed opening fee: €165 incl. VAT
Opening a high-security cylinder requires specialist skills, appropriate equipment and additional time. Following the opening, we will recommend a replacement solution suited to your door and your budget. This fee does not include the replacement cylinder. A quotation will always be provided before the intervention.
Broken or Jammed Key
Fixed opening fee: €110 incl. VAT
Our priority is always to preserve your existing lock whenever possible. If this cannot be achieved, the cylinder may need to be drilled and replaced. Before carrying out any work, we will provide a quotation based on the least destructive solution available.
